Hania Bernard is a sophomore at Suffolk University with a strong interest in public policy and global affairs. Originally from Haiti, she is passionate about addressing systemic inequities, particularly in education, based on her experiences in both Haiti and the U.S. She has previously interned at the Massachusetts State House, where she gained exposure to the legislative process and developed research skills. Currently, as a Team Leader for Jumpstart, she supports children from marginalized communities to advance equitable access to education. She is excited to work with UNAGB to deepen her understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals and promote youth education on global challenges.
