Karishma is a strategy consultant with expertise in growth strategy, financial analysis and stakeholder management. In her current role, she supports and drives strategy for Fidelity’s Institutional Wealth Management Services business. Prior to joining Fidelity, Karishma held strategy roles at Liberty Mutual and EY-Parthenon.

Karishma is passionate about improving education outcomes and economic mobility for vulnerable populations. She graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in Economics and earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She lives in Greater Boston with her husband and two pups.
