Duncan Ostrower is a rising junior at Emory University, where he is pursuing a degree in Economics and Mathematics with a minor in Film and Media Studies. Passionate about education and student development, Duncan is committed to helping young people build the skills and confidence needed to engage with complex global issues.

Prior to joining UNAGB’s Summer Institute in Global Leadership, Duncan gained diverse teaching and mentoring experience in both domestic and international settings. He has taught science in under-resourced elementary schools in Atlanta, taught English at Shree Shanta Secondary School in Nepal, and supported professional development programs for students on the autism spectrum. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong interest in making learning engaging, accessible, and impactful for students from all backgrounds.
