Karishma is a strategy consultant with expertise in growth strategy, financial analysis and stakeholder management. She joined Liberty Mutual’s Corporate Strategy & Research team in June 2020 and is responsible for driving strategy recommendations for Liberty Mutual’s Executive Leadership Team and effecting transformational change by taking an enterprise-wide, customer-centric perspective. While at Liberty, she has led initiatives to provide pro bono strategy support for Boston-area nonprofits. Prior to joining Liberty, Karishma was a strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon, where she led client engagements across the Education and Technology sectors.

Karishma is deeply passionate about improving education outcomes and economic mobility for vulnerable populations. She sits on the board of the United Nations Association of Greater Boston and serves as a career mentor for Found in Translation, an organization providing women with medical interpretation training and certification. She graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in Economics and earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She lives in Boston and enjoys vegetarian cooking and hiking around New England with her dog.
