Caitlin Moore is the Executive Director of the United Nations Association of Greater Boston (UNAGB), where she leads the organization in its mission to educate and inspire the next generation of global leaders.
With a deep commitment to advancing the principles of the United Nations, Caitlin oversees programs that engage more than 5,000 students annually in Model UN, professional development workshops, and global education initiatives that emphasize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Caitlin brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, education, and international relations to her role. She is known for her strategic vision, passion for community engagement, and ability to build partnerships that amplify UNAGB’s impact. Under her leadership, UNAGB has expanded its programming, increased its fundraising capacity, and strengthened its reputation as a leading voice for global education in the Greater Boston area.
A former teacher and lifelong champion of hands-on learning, Caitlin believes in empowering young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to tackle complex global challenges. She is an active advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and works to ensure that all students have access to opportunities to engage with global issues.
Caitlin holds a Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College. Outside of work, she enjoys watercolor painting and spending time with her dog, Obi.
