Linn Parrish

Linn is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of corporate responsibility, health equity, and strategic partnerships. Known for her ability to bring together stakeholders across sectors, she has dedicated her career to leveraging the power of business to drive meaningful social impact—particularly in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Most recently, Linn served as Head of Health Equity Alliances and Partnerships for Takeda’s Global Center for Health Equity and Patient Affairs. In this role, she was responsible for building and nurturing long-term alliances with global partners to help educate, inspire, and empower collective action to advance health equity worldwide. Her work focused on aligning organizational mission and strategy with broader efforts to reduce health disparities and expand access to care.

Before joining Takeda, Linn was the Global Head of Corporate Responsibility at Shire, where she also held the roleof Director of Corporate Giving and Philanthropy. There, she led global initiatives in corporate philanthropy, stakeholder engagement, community relations, and employee volunteerism. She played a pivotal role in co- creating and managing the Global Commission to End the Diagnostic Odyssey for Children with a Rare Disease—an innovative, multi-stakeholder effort to improve early diagnosis for children affected by rare conditions.

Prior to Shire, Linn was Vice President of Corporate Communications and CSR for Panera Bread, following senior leadership positions at leading global public relations agencies. Her cross-sector experience has given her a lens on how mission-driven strategies can be amplified through thoughtful engagement and collaboration.

Linn holds a B.A. in French from St. Lawrence University and studied at the Université de Rouen  Normandie in France. Originally from New York City, where she participated in Model United Nations during high school, she now resides in Lincoln, Massachusetts, with her husband and two daughters. One of their daughters has been active with the United Nations Association of Greater Boston since middle school.
