Executive Chef Mr. Haydar Inal is on a visit to Boston and has the use of the kitchens at the Ritz-Carlton for an evening! Mr. Inal is the head chef of the official guesthouse of Ankara Palace, which hosts and feeds a multitude of foreign presidents, prime ministers and ministers. He has traveled extensively and has brought the best of Turkish delicacies to the restaurants all over the world.
