Todd Willits

Todd Willits is a business leader with two decades of experience building and scaling global data and intelligence businesses across both public and private ownership. He spent much of his career at EPFR, which he joined in 2010 and helped grow through its acquisition by Informa, the publicly traded global information and events group, where he rose to Managing Director of a 260-person division. In 2022, he led EPFR’s carve-out from Informa into a standalone, PE-backed company and served as its Chief Executive Officer, standing up the new entity, driving its growth, and guiding it through a successful sale. Today he is the founder of Overture Strategy Group, where he helps leadership teams work better together under real operating pressure, drawing on his own experience leading through growth, transition, and a carve-out.

Todd is also a dedicated advocate for youth leadership development. He serves as Board President of HOBY (Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership) Rhode Island, a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit whose three-day seminar helps high school sophomores build the confidence and skills they need to lead in their communities — the same emerging generation UNAGB’s Model UN programs are designed to inspire. It’s this shared commitment to preparing the next generation of engaged, globally minded citizens that drew him to UNAGB, where he serves on the Governance Committee.

Todd earned his BS in Music Industry from Northeastern University. He lives in Cambridge with his wife and child. Outside of work, he’s an active musician, outdoorsman, and New England sports fan.
