Lina Musayev is the Senior Director of School Supports at the Massachusetts Charter Public School Association where she leads the development and implementation of statewide initiatives designed to support high quality schools and key strategic efforts of charter school leaders. She works to build school staff capacity around special education, English learners, and school culture/behavior. She also provides support to school board members on board governance best practices and to new school leaders on technical and adaptive leadership. Prior to joining the MCPSA, Lina served as the Associate Director of Strategy and Growth at Blackstone Valley Prep Mayoral Academy in Rhode Island and a Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Lina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Communication from George Washington University, a Master in Public Administration from George Washington University, and a Master in Education Leadership from the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems. She lives in Wellesley with her husband and two children. In her free time, she reads, performs on her flute, and enjoys attending stand-up comedians, ballet, and musical theater.
