Mackenzie Nace is a sophomore in Boston University’s Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies majoring in International Relations and studying French. She is originally from Northern Virginia but has spent over half of her life living overseas in Argentina, Russia, and Switzerland. After taking a summer course at the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations, she realized her passion for global politics and human rights, specifically in regard to the work and mission of the United Nations and other international organizations. This passion was further cemented after interning with Reset-180 where she worked indirectly with victims of human trafficking. She aspires to be a human rights lawyer that continues to represent the values that UNAGB promotes. Mackenzie is excited to be a part of the UNAGB Education Department Internship Program because she will have the unique opportunity to pass along her enthusiasm for international relations and ultimately create global citizens of the next generation.
