Jordan McGuffee
Education Intern

Jordan is a senior at Haverford College from Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Political Theory and minoring in both German and Philosophy. Jordan has done many different forms of debate throughout her academic career. In high school, she participated in Model UN and Student Congress as well as founded her school’s Mock Trial team. She also organized the Southeastern Model United Nations Conference her senior year, chairing the Legal Committee. In college, she primarily debates in Mock Trial, a team she founded during her first year, and is the Director of the College’s first annual Mock Trial Tournament where teams across the country come to compete in the pre-season. Jordan hopes to go into international law in future and study legal theory further. She is excited to be a part of the UNAGB Education Department Internship Program to help others learn how to debate and argue effectively as well as focus on larger aspects of political theory and how students can incorporate them into Model UN.
