Aniko is an International Affairs major at George Washington University, with a minor in French Language and Culture. Aniko is from outside of Boston, MA and is here for the semester working at UNAGB and an organic farm. She graduated from high school in 2019 and took a gap year, spending the fall semester traveling Southeast Asia on a program and the spring exploring Europe and Peru on another program. During these travels she had many amazing experiences at nonprofits, schools, farms, and more, and saw firsthand the importance of a global education and youth learning more about the world. This year of travel only enforced her passion for international affairs, and for sharing and educating others on these topics, which she hopes to continue amongst the students and UNAGB. She is also passionate about working for a mission-focused organization, equitable education, and empowering women and girls around the world.
