UNA-GB relies on the support from companies, foundations,and individuals like you. In fact, more than a third of our support comes from private individuals. Your generosity allows us to engage many groups in global dialogue, including leaders from the business, professional and academic communities, as well as students, young professionals and private individuals.
Perhaps the easiest and most beneficial way you can get involved today is simply by becoming a member! Membership with the UNA-GB is your unique opportunity to increase your participation in global affairs and Boston's international community. Your support for our membership-based local chapter enables us to reach over 4,000 people in greater Boston as a voice for the United Nations and its work in global health, education, human rights, peace and security. Benefits of membership include discounted or free admission to selected events, UNA-GB newsletters, an exclusive discount to the Economist and Foreign Policy Magazine and much, much more!
There are many organizations, institutions and corporations in the greater Boston area that support and sustain our work. We are continually looking for new opportunities for program and event development, and offer a number of sponsorship opportunities for companies to engage and network with Boston's globally-minded leaders.
Are you interested in global education? Do you want to learn the ins and outs of a non-profit organization dedicated to global education and advocacy? Do you have Model UN experience? Do you enjoy planning events? If you answered yes to any of these questions, an internship at UNA-GB may be the right fit for you.
Do you have a talent or passion for planning events? Or PR and Marketing experience? Our signature events committees who plan events like our UN Day Luncheon, our Consuls Ball, and our Film Festival/Series could always use a helping hand. We also always love help working with the media and getting our voice out there in Boston!
